OBJECTIVE:

To ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Marketing department by promoting and providing information concerning Star Swahili programs, products, offers, prices, through social networks. To assist the Marketing Manager and, or Director with any issues related to the Marketing Department

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To promote Star Swahili and Startimes programs on social networks.
• To promote the upcoming programs and providing information to the customers for any technical problem.
• To answer all questions of the customers regarding Star media (T) limited products and channels.
• Inform customers concerning the new offer and new prices for the company’s products.
• Inform customers any changes on decoder’s stations.
• To locate customers to the nearby shops and dealers in their area.
• To gather customers opinions and suggestions concerning products and service.
• In a communication with call centre help solving customer’s problems.
• Advertise various football match and other crucial programs to be advertised by the company.
• Perform all other tasks as assigned by directors or supervisors. SKILLS AND COMPETENCES:
• Possess strong product and system knowledge.
• Good Manager of Tasks.
• Possess good communication and analytical skills –English and Swahili are needed as marketing brand manager.
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to maintain records and documentation pertaining the work force.
• Problem solving skills.
• Computer Literacy.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE: • A graduate from a recognized university / college with at least 2/3 years related work experience about Marketing and social media management.
